Just across the street, they also created Brasserie du D\u00f4me, their Parisian-style brasserie, and nearby Restaurant De Aarde, their intimate gastronomic restaurant just off the iconic Cogels-Osylei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, these three addresses reflect their love for hospitality, good products, generous cooking and restaurants with a real sense of place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"section-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.domesurmer.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/43A4788-scaled.jpg\"\/><\/figure><\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"wp-block-bis-content-section\"><div class=\"section-text-container\"><h2>Yannick Holthof &#8211; Restaurant Manager<\/h2>\n<p>Yannick embodies the warm, genuine hospitality that defines D\u00f4me sur Mer. Born and raised in Antwerp, he has been an integral part of our team for more than twenty years. With his natural sense of service, he ensures that both returning guests and first-time visitors feel welcome from the moment they arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond overseeing the dining room, Yannick also curates our ever-evolving wine list. His selection brings together timeless classics and exciting discoveries, with bottles chosen to appeal to both traditional wine lovers and those seeking something a little different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yannick not only knows many of our regular guests by name, but also extends the same personal attention and care to every new visitor. This genuine, individual approach has become one of the cornerstones of our restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Away from the restaurant, Yannick enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new dining experiences with his wife. His love of hospitality extends far beyond the dining room, reflecting the same warmth, generosity and attention to detail that define his approach to welcoming every guest.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"section-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.domesurmer.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/about-b.jpg\"\/><\/figure><\/article>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"wp-block-bis-content-section\"><div class=\"section-text-container\"><h2>Cheun Jin Man &#8211; Chef de Cuisine<\/h2>\n<p>Meet Cheun, our Chef de Cuisine, whose story began in Bonheiden, Belgium. From an early age, he developed a passion for craftsmanship, creativity and precision\u2014qualities that continue to shape his approach to cooking today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before leading the kitchen at D\u00f4me sur Mer, Cheun refined his craft in some of Antwerp&#8217;s most respected restaurants, including The Jane and Kommilfoo. These experiences shaped his disciplined approach to cooking while exposing him to a wide range of techniques and influences that he now brings to our seafood-focused cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Away from the kitchen, Cheun is an avid collector and builder of Gundam model kits and Warhammer miniatures. The patience, precision and attention to detail these intricate creations demand perfectly reflect the philosophy he brings to his cooking. His curiosity, creativity and positive energy are reflected not only on the plate but also in the atmosphere of the restaurant, where he is known for his collaborative spirit and dedication to
